We are always heavy loaded with work, therefore include a README file with your
contribution. This helps us to quickly examine the incoming contributions and
place them correctly.
If you do not include the README we might accidently _delete_ your contribution.

Make a README file like this:
	
    foo.README  -  ex. CivWorld.README

The readme file should contain:

    Name:
    E-mail adr.:
    Description:

Feel free to put anything else in the README.
