Change texts for the tile info popup string:
  - Change adjective arrays to use Q_ so that different forms can be
    used for translations.
  - Add new lines to the string with a called function add_line(), so
    spurious \n characters do not have to be translated.
  - Use PL_ for a (possibly) plural-form string.
