 - A first attempt at a GTK+ port, sent to me by Per I. Mathisen
   <perrin@vera.kvalito.no>.  I believe the files were sent to him by
   Vasco Costa <vasc@camoes.rnl.ist.utl.pt>.  These files do not have
   the abstraction layer, which is a goal of Per's work, but they are
   a good start.
