Removed two confusing and little used functions from map.[hc],
isnt_terrain_near_tile() and is_water_adjacent().  In maphand.c, had
to change global_warming() and nuclear_winter() to use a new, local
function (is_terrain_ecologically_wet()) as a replacement for
is_water_adjacent().
