Remove the assertion in ai/aitools.c:1038: ai_unit_move: 
Assertion `is_tiles_adjacent(punit->tile, ptile)' failed.

Changes it with RETURN_IF_FAIL.

Also, prevent it in amount in the autosettler module which was doing many 
tasks for the same unit recursively.
