The warclient is a patch for Freeciv 1.14 that enhances the client's control
of units and cities.  This makes control faster, which is good for
multiplayer war games.  The patch was written by Iuz.

See the README in the tarball for more information.

The tarball contains the warclient for 1.14.0.  The 1.14.1 patch should be
used in place of the patch and gfx inside the tarball, and will work for
1.14.1.

Only the GTK client is supported.
