This profiler thing gives how much time has been spend in every
fonctions of freeciv for the server. Then, it gives in which function
did the call took place. It helps to know what are the most
costly functions of freeciv. The numbers are given for one run of
civserver.
The profiler was run on a 200x100 world with a landmass of 36 and 14 AI
players.
